- The relationship between human factors, safety and efficiency
- The role of human factors in system design, operations, management and safety
Course Objectives
- introduce the Airworthiness aspects for all activities associated with Civil Aircraft operating in, or influenced by European regulatory requirements
- Demonstrate new decision-making and social skills to better manage the prevention or consequences of human error in your job
- Help improve safety and efficiency by reducing and managing human error made by individuals and organizations
